I know he's done with mocumentaries, but....
Christopher Guest should make a movie about local government. Tonight at a Planning Commission one little white haired woman said the following in a three-minute span: (1) "that Chinaman," (2) "kids go there for necking," and (3) "that walnut tree is not native, it was planted by animals."

I was at a public hearing once and a man got up and spoke against a rock concert coming to their town. His main complaints were noise and traffic. He felt his opinion counted quite a bit because he was a former county commissioner. His comments may have been taken seriously if he hadn't been wearing this tee-shirt: "My Drinking Team Has A Bowling Problem."
